This is why it's a good idea to make sure you check the crime statistics for a neighborhood before you decide on a specific office space.
Are you okay with who your neighbors will be? When you are looking for the right office space, you want to make sure you take your direct neighbors into consideration. If you are running a very professional business, you may have reservations about being directly next door to a dirty book store and your clients may not feel too comfortable coming to your office to see you.
